What we collect through this website, why, and who — if anyone — it's shared with.

Information We Collect
When you submit the site-assessment form on this website, we collect the fields you enter: name, phone number, email address, site city, site type, and any optional message. We don’t ask for payment information anywhere on this site — there’s nothing to buy here, only a quote request to send.
Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure automatically log standard technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — for security and performance purposes. We don’t currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How We Use It
Information from the site-assessment form is used for exactly one thing: to prepare a quote and get back to you about your site, typically within one business day. If you send vendor paperwork with your request, we use it to complete a W-9, certificate of insurance, or net-30 setup as applicable. We don’t use form submissions for marketing lists, and we don’t contact you for anything other than the request you made.

Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Form submissions are forwarded to our internal customer relationship management (CRM) system so the right person on our team sees your request and can follow up.
If your inquiry moves forward into a rental, relevant site details are shared with our Texas-licensed third-party monitoring partner so they can set up monitoring for your trailer — nothing beyond what’s needed to deliver the service you requested.

Cookies & Analytics
This site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. If we enable an analytics tool such as Google Analytics (GA4) in the future, it will collect anonymized, aggregate usage data — pages viewed, general location, device type — to help us understand how the site is used. That data is never tied back to a form submission without your consent. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; doing so won’t affect your ability to submit the site-assessment form.

Data Retention & Security
We keep site-assessment requests and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for business record-keeping — typically the life of the customer relationship plus a standard retention period after. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you send us, though no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

Your Rights
You can ask us what information we have on file for you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Send that request to the email address below and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes To This Policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. We don’t expect changes here to be frequent — this is a small-business marketing site with a quote form, not a platform collecting sensitive data.
