Accessibility

Every page uses real headings, landmarks, and lists rather than styled text, so a screen reader can navigate the structure. Every image carries descriptive alternative text, and our build fails if one doesn’t. Every form field has a visible, permanently attached label — not a placeholder that vanishes when you type — and form errors are announced, not just colored red.

The whole site is operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator at every stop and a “skip to main content” link as the first thing you reach. Motion respects your system’s reduced-motion setting: turn it on and the background video doesn’t play. Background video is decorative and silent, and is hidden from screen readers rather than read out as noise. Text is real text that reflows and scales with browser zoom.

We would rather tell you this than have you find it. Our homepage headline sits over moving video. It is large, bold type that clears the large-text contrast threshold across the great majority of the loop, but the footage brightens in places, and in the brightest few seconds the contrast behind the headline drops below that threshold. If it is hard to read, nothing is lost — the headline is a tagline, and everything the site actually says about the service is in the ordinary text below it.

We test with automated accessibility checkers on every page and with keyboard passes on the pages people actually use. We have not done a full manual audit with every assistive technology on every page, and we don’t claim to have. Third-party content and documents we link to elsewhere are outside our control.

This site deliberately does not use an accessibility overlay, widget, or toolbar — the kind that adds a floating accessibility button to a page and promises instant compliance. Those tools frequently interfere with the screen readers and browser settings people already have configured, and they don’t fix the underlying markup. We fix the markup instead.

If something on this site blocked you, we want to hear about it, and you don’t need to use technical language to report it — telling us the page and what you were trying to do is plenty. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days and to fix confirmed barriers as quickly as we reasonably can.
